First day went off well. Was already stocked with all the necessary foods and thought all ready to Get Into It !!
Typhoon so no gym.

First Challenge ~ First Solution =
New would have to work over so got up early morning preparing my meals for the day in advance.
Second Challenge ~ Second Solution =
Dax’s workouts can be done at home, so no worries, AND, was awesome to do in the morning then enjoy ED breakfast to start the day !!
Actually, noticed where before working out in the morning would leave me a little drained for the day. However, with ED and Dax’s plan actually had EXTRA energy from the healthy food and getting the boost from the morning workout too !!
