So how is your day?
Do you even remember how it is, since some of us get so wrapped up or feel like our attention, and energy is going in 100 directions at once, felt would share some simple tips that have helped me hoping they help you too everyone.
I do remember. It started with some Rockin’ Body Weight Workout (feels so Great to feel my healthier body moving and ….Actually enjoying it !!!) with some new exercises from Dax (check them out on YouTube folks, they’ll add Spice to to your morning better than a double expresso !! 😉
Afternoon did ICP, then finished some studies and helped a friend with his Master’s thesis.
Unwound for the day with the DB Matrix and a walk in the nearby park for fresh air and a breathtaking sunset.
Here’s now those tips ….
Here’s a great way to lose weight:
Stop and actually enjoy your food.
Taste it. Enjoy it.
(this goes for the things you drink too)
In today’s busy life there are far too many chances for us to eat,
then 2 minutes later wonder where our food went.
On more than one occasion I’ve made a cup of tea, and drank it
while playing/chasing/entertaining my kids, only to then go looking
for my cup of tea.
All I ever find is an empty mug.
(And no, It’s not the tea gnomes.)
How many times have you had to rush through a meal only to be left
The food is gone, but you have NO IDEA what it even tasted like.
The calories are there but the experience wasn’t.
So here’s a tip
Take the time to enjoy your food.
If you are in a super-stressed out part of your day, wait until you
have some quiet time to enjoy your food.
(And don’t say you can’t wait, if you can go 24 hours without
eating, you can wait until you actually have a moment to enjoy your
This doesn’t mean while sitting in front of the TV, with your
computer on your lap and a snack in hand.
Actually take the time to enjoy your food.
Enjoyment equals satisfaction.
Satisfaction means the ‘want’ is being filled
If the want is being filled, you won’t go searching for food 20
minutes after you ate.
Take the time, it’ll be worth it..and ……
YOU are Worth it too !!!!

Key Lime Cheesecake Recipe
1/2 cup sugar
2 pkg. (8 oz. each) Cream Cheese, softened
1/4 cup heavy whipping cream
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 Tbsp. fresh lime juice
1 tsp. grated lime peel
1 Graham Cracker Pie Crust
1 cup thawed Cool Whip Topping
1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Beat cream cheese, whipping cream, sugar, lime peel, lime juice and vanilla with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended. Add eggs, one at a time; mix just until blended.
2. Pour mixture evenly into graham cracker crust.
3. Bake for 40 minutes or until center is almost set. Cool.
4. Refrigerate 4 hours or overnight. Top with whipped topping before serving.
