Got into doing the first pyramid and new Wave Diet.
Found out it is a LOT mental when it comes to needing carbs. The increased energy from the workouts was the fire, then the Wave Diet was the fuel to REALLY get that fire burning !!!
Still find it easier to prepare next days meals in advance, or if know will be traveling…and reduces the need to try…..to find somewhere to stick to the Wave Diet.

Think first day was the biggest challenge, but that is past, and looking forward to Monday !!!
